Our city, our community and our choir lost a hero this week. Jay was an inspiration to so many of us, and his joie de vivre was in everything he did, in ever smile he gave, and in every note he sang.
It was a great honour to sing and perform with Jay for many years; and at our last concert, Jay helped lead the Chorus perform the iconic Time Warp dance.
He will be deeply missed.
